Sometimes the task of choosing which records to display on your school record boards can be a little daunting, particularly for sports that don't have specific events like track and swimming. Our customers are often unsure about which records they should keep for each sport. Winter sports can be particularly difficult. Problems range from sports such as basketball having too many stats, to sports like wrestling that seems like it may not have enough to fill a record board.

The goal of this article is to give you a starting point for what records to display on your athletic record boards. Beyond this list, we encourage coaches to decide what records are most important to them and most impactful to their program. After all, a record board should not only be used as way preserve your school's athletic history, but to motivate your current athletes to strive for their very best. This is the second installment of a three part series, divided by season.
